Procedures and Fees
To schedule an initial evaluation interview or to request information about our services,
please call (770) 232-0555 or (678) 799-9176. All interviews are by appointment only. Please call our office to get information about professional fees.

Insurance
Most medical health insurance policies cover mental health services. Please call your insurance carrier to find out your coverage and the procedures for preauthorization (deductibles, co-payment,number of sessions). We accept various managed care carriers as well as Medicaid.

Confidentiality
All our staff adhere to the State of Georgia, the American Psychological Association, and
Licensed Professional Counselors Association rules and regulations regarding confidentiality. All clients are given a detailed explanation of the principles of confidentiality and the exception to the rules during their initial interview.
